Please request either wholesale (Traders Only), or retail prices via the form on the “Contact us” page.

Postage Costs-

The customer bears the risk of loss once the parcel has been posted.
By default we will always choose the cheapest and safest option to distribute your order.

Shipping Times-

Shipping times vary depending in which country you have made your order however we aim to despatch your product within 24 hours after the payment has been received.
In South Africa, parcels normally ship in 7-10 working days.
Overseas countries vary from 30 days upward depending on the destination-please request specifically for your country.

What About Returns and Refunds?

NO returns or refunds unless we shipped you the wrong items, or the product was defective before shipping.

Payment Method-

We only accept Cash, Internet Banking Transfer or Postal Order payments. We will prepare your order and dispatch it as soon as we receive payment.

We never give out, sell or rent any customer information. While we have never yet, we may send out occasional promotional e-mails but will always offer you the opportunity to remove yourself from the mailing list.

Shipping Information

Most orders received will be shipped or posted within 24hrs. We prepay the shipping charges and add the amount to your invoice.

Shipping Methods:

All parcels sent surface mail unless specially requested. Parcels are sent
“Insured Parcel Post”, which includes a tracking number, and insurance.
Overnight postage is available in South Africa.
